Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd will only purchase products from specifically approved pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. We will only supply products to our cliental from facilities whose products have been approved. We schedule regular visits to our suppliers in order to evaluate them not only on the basis of ability to deliver approved products on a timely and cost efficient basis, but also on their commitment to operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Product Quality Improvement
Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd will continue our program of regular visits to our suppliers’ facilities, and will continue to educate them on the quality of product and service required by our cliental. Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd accomplishes this with technically trained personnel (chemists, chemical engineers, biologists, pharmacologists, etc) located in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd continues to search for new products, as well as new sources for products in order to expand our product portfolio.
Packaging and the Environment
Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd promotes the use of environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging by our suppliers. We endeavor to meet our customers’ packaging requirements. Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd will only use warehouses and carriers approved to handle chemicals and that have the appropriate permits and licenses.
Shanghai Trifecta Pharma Co. Ltd accepts total responsibility for the quality of all products shipped to our cliental, and is responsible for settling all quality claims. If we send a product to a customer that does not conform to specifications, we will accept the return promptly, with all charges to our account, as long as we are notified within 30 days of our customer’s receipt of goods. Returned goods are always segregated from in-specification goods, in the warehouse, our computer system, and other systems under the Company’s control.
We endeavor to ensure that each shipment has the correct labels and lot numbers, and is in compliance with safety and environmental laws. Certificates of analysis (COA’s) for each shipment will be faxed or e-mailed to our customers, and will include as a minimum, the customer and our product names, lot number, test results, and any other information that may be required by a particular client. MSDS’s will also be faxed, e-mailed or will accompany the shipment. We will notify the client in advance should we be unable to meet any of these requirements.
In the event of a complaint, Trifecta Pharmaceuticals will take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This typically involves contacting the supplier or other persons involved, including our employees, to determine the best way to handle the situation and ensure compliance with our quality standards.
